INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR YOUR MIND

You bought a sentence. Worn correctly, it works.

What a cue is

A cue is a single, deliberate line you put in front of your attention on purpose. Not a slogan. Not decoration. A standing instruction to yourself, repeated until it stops being something you read and becomes something you assume. Elite performers do not leave their internal monologue to chance. They script it. This shirt is that script, made physical.

Why it works

Four mechanisms, all documented, none magic.

Self-talk. The way you instruct yourself measurably changes performance. Precise, first-person, present-tense direction outperforms vague encouragement. The line on your chest is built that way on purpose.

Mental rehearsal. Repeating a clear intention primes the action that follows it. Reading your cue is a rep. The reps accumulate.

Selective attention. Your brain filters a flood of input down to what it has been told matters — the function often attributed to the reticular activating system. Name the thing you want to notice, and you begin to notice it. The cue sets the filter.

Identity-based change. Behavior follows the person you believe you are. State the identity first; the actions organize behind it. You are not affirming a wish. You are issuing a standing order.

This is training, not transformation. No promises about your subconscious. Repetition, attention, and direction — applied daily.

How to use this shirt

  1. **Read it before you wear it.** Say the line once, deliberately, out loud or under your breath. You are loading the cue, not getting dressed.
  1. **Wear it on a day that demands the line.** Match the cue to the work in front of you. Let the shirt mark the day's intention.
  1. **Use the mirror as the rep.** Each time you catch your reflection, read the line again. That glance is the practice. It costs nothing and compounds.
  1. **Notice the carry-over.** End the day by naming one moment the cue changed. That is the evidence. Collect it.

Wear the line you're training.
